Frozen strawberry tequila pops

(makes 6-8 pops)

 

Ingredients:

400g strawberries, stems removed

1/4 cup tequila 2 Tablespoons honey

2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

 

Method:

1. Blend the strawberries in a blender until they are pureed.

2. Add the tequila, honey and lemon juice and pulse a few times till blended.

3. Pour the mixture into a jug and then pour into the moulds and freeze the pops until they are frozen solid.

4. To unmould the pops, run them under lukewarm water for a few seconds then slide them from the moulds.
