Mishqah Stoffels Peppermint Tart


Ingredients:

1 packet tennis biscuits,

2 tablespoons melted butter,

250mls cream,

1 tin caramel treat,

1 slab of peppermint crisp chocolate.

Method:

Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into tart dish and set aside in fridge. Whip cream and then fold in softened caramel treat. (I 1st smoothen caramel treat with a spoon then fold into cream) Crush chocolate and add half into the caramel and cream mixture then pour over biscuit base. Sprinkle remaining half of chocolate on top and pop into the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
