Recipe: Spaghetti Cake

Something fun and different to start the New Year.
This Cheesy Noodle cake will become a family favourite in no time.
Ingredients
500g Pasta Noodles
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups grated mozarella cheese
1 and a half cups milk
3 beaten eggs
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 jar pesto
Method
Boil pasta in salted water. (Pasta musn't be too soft.)
Add all the other ingredients gently until incorporated.
Parmesan cheese can be add for extra flavour.
Spray a Bundt tin very, very well and place mixture into tin.
Bake at 180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
Let cool and invert onto serving platter.
Can be enjoyed with tomato pasta sauce.
