Brewfix Gaggia Espresso Style Manual Espresso Machine Stone Black

The Brewfix Gaggia Espresso Style Manual Espresso Machine Stone Black is an excellent choice for anyone beginning their home barista journey. Combining Gaggia's expertise and passion for coffee with a sleek, compact design, this manual espresso machine delivers versatile coffee preparation with convenient features and reliable performance. Designed and made in Italy, it offers a 15-bar pump pressure system, a stainless-steel boiler and a 1.2L water tank for preparing espresso, steamed milk drinks and hot water.

The machine features a P.I.D. temperature control system, which precisely regulates boiler temperature to provide greater stability during espresso extraction and milk frothing. Its automatic pre-brewing function introduces a short pause between the initial flow of hot water and the actual extraction, helping develop the espresso's flavour. The two included 53mm stainless-steel double-wall filters accommodate either two cups of ground coffee using up to 16g, or one cup of ground coffee or a paper coffee pod when used with the exclusive POD SYSTEM.

For milk-based drinks, the improved steam system and fully articulated Pannarello allow you to prepare smooth, creamy milk for cappuccinos and other beverages. Additional convenience comes from the ergonomic filter holder, designed to remain level on a flat surface for even tamping, backlit control buttons and a memo function that saves your preferred espresso extraction time. The machine also features a manual descaling cycle with an LED alert and an automatic shut-off after 30 minutes.
