This product is made from durable stainless steel for regular kitchen use
It measures temperatures from 40°C to 200°C in 5°C increments
It features a large 50mm diameter dial for easy reading
The large clip attaches securely to the rim of a saucepan or pot
It is suitable for making candy, jam making, sugar work and deep-frying
The thermometer tip should be positioned at least 5cm into the mixture, while keeping the rod away from the sides and bottom of the pan
