This product is made from polished stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning.
It features a clear 50mm diameter dial for easy temperature reading.
It also measures temperatures from 60°C to 87°C in 5°C increments.
It provides an accuracy of approximately ±1.5°C.
The dial includes a preparation guide for chicken, pork, lamb and beef.
The probe should be inserted at least 5cm into the thickest part of the meat, away from bone and fat.
