Fortis Lotus Table Fork 18/10 Stainless Steel

To address the full spectrum of the hospitality industry’s requirements, cutlery is available in either 18/0 or 18/10 stainless steel. The 18 refers to 18% chromium which is added to the steel mix to give it stainless properties. The 10 refers to the nickel content which provides the silvery sheen. 18/10 provides greater protection against corrosion, is rustproof and has a softer silvery sheen than 18/0.
