All flatware is pinfired with a fully glazed foot, and the rims on flatware are reinforced to enhance resistance to chipping. A specifically formulated glaze ensures prolonged use in a catering environment. Fully vitrified: strengthened with alumina and highly resistant to crazing. Glazed foot: the foot on all flatware is fully glazed. Quality specifications: sabs 1004 and british standards bs 4034 and bs 6748. Chip resistant: rims, spouts and handles reinforced and designed to minimize breakage. Heat retentive: excellent heat retentive qualities.
