Gaggia Anima Barista Plus Espresso Machine Matte Black

The Gaggia Anima Barista Plus Espresso Machine combines Italian espresso-making expertise with premium features and convenient automatic operation. Designed for coffee enthusiasts, it offers a personalised coffee experience with three one-touch beverage selections and a professional stainless-steel steam wand for preparing milk froth. The steam wand also dispenses hot water for tea and other infusions, bringing traditional barista-style preparation into your home.

The machine features 100% ceramic adjustable grinders with five settings, allowing you to select a finer grind for a stronger espresso or a coarser grind for a lighter coffee. Its Optiaroma function provides five aroma intensity settings, letting you adjust the quantity of ground coffee used per cup to suit your preference. Pre-infusion allows the coffee to bloom before extraction, helping develop a fuller-bodied espresso with a rich, creamy result. The Gaggia Adapting System further adjusts the grinding process to suit different coffee beans.

An LCD interface with buttons and a two-colour display featuring more than 20 icons provides straightforward operation. The memo function allows you to customise and save the length of your selected beverages, while three temperature settings offer further control over coffee preparation. The machine can also brew two cups simultaneously, making it convenient when serving more than one person.

For easy maintenance, the removable brewing group can be rinsed under running water and reinserted into the machine. Automatic rinsing cleans the coffee circuit when the machine is switched on and off, while the guided descaling programme provides step-by-step assistance when maintenance is required. With its 15-bar pump pressure, automatic cleaning functions and combination of ABS plastic, stainless steel and metal construction, the Gaggia Anima Barista Plus delivers convenient coffee preparation with the quality associated with Italian espresso craftsmanship.
