The Gaggia Anima Prestige Automatic Coffee Machine combines authentic Italian coffee-making expertise with convenient one-touch operation. Designed for households and small offices with a recommended capacity of 10–15 cups per day, this bean-to-cup machine prepares a variety of coffee and milk-based beverages at the touch of a button. Its stainless-steel front and refined design complement both traditional and modern kitchens, while the backlit controls and LCD display make everyday operation simple.

The Anima Prestige offers six beverage varieties, including espresso and milk-based specialities, with four selections available at one touch. Its integrated milk carafe automatically froths milk twice to create a smooth, consistent texture for cappuccinos and other milk-based drinks. The carafe can be stored in the refrigerator when not in use and features an automatic cleaning cycle, as well as a quick-clean function to rinse the milk circuit after preparing milk beverages. Hot water is also available for tea and other infusions.

For personalised coffee preparation, the machine features 100% ceramic flat burr grinders with five adjustable grind settings, along with adjustable coffee strength and temperature. The Optiaroma function allows you to customise the aroma intensity by selecting the amount of ground coffee used per cup. Gaggia's Adapting System adjusts the grinding process to suit the coffee beans, while pre-infusion allows the ground coffee to become saturated before extraction for a fuller, creamier espresso. The memo function lets you save your preferred beverage length, and the machine can prepare two cups simultaneously. A bypass doser also allows you to use pre-ground coffee.

Maintenance is made convenient with fully automatic rinsing, descaling and milk-system cleaning programmes, as well as a maintenance indicator. The removable brewing group can be taken out and rinsed under running water for thorough cleaning. The 1.8-litre water reservoir is compatible with the Mavea Intenza water filter, while the adjustable coffee spout accommodates cups between 110mm and 150mm in height.
