Global Flexible Utility Knife 15cm

The GS-11 Flexible Utility Knife is a popular knife in
the Global range and is found in many of the knife sets.
It fills the role of filleting, carving and 'general purpose' knife, hence its name.
The GS-11 has a medium-sized flexible blade of 11cm, a useful size for filleting
small fish, chicken or other poultry and meat. The blade is flexible which makes it
suitable for these types of jobs. It can also be used as a small carving knife and
slices up to it's name. There is also a fluted version of this knife, the GS-36.
