C food safe silicone. Heat resistant does not mean heat proof.
Do not rest it on a hot pan for a long time.
A must have when cooking with nonstick cookware and bakeware.
It will not scratch nonstick surfaces, enamel coatings or glass pots and pans.
It can be used to flip, lift, serve and scoop up food and transfer them to serving dishes.
