Kuchenprofi Mixing Bowl 20cm

The mixing bowl of KÜCHENPROFI is often used, for example in the preparation of cakes and desserts, when mixing minced meat with egg, bread and spices for meatballs, if you marinate meat, fish or tofu for the wok. The bowl is made of sturdy stainless steel, has a good weight and stands on a non-slip silicone bottom. So it has safe grip, even if the mixer rotates at the highest level. The stainless steel does not absorb odors and does not discolour. If you hit cream or conjure a cream, you can put the bowl briefly in the freezer before. Pizza or flame dough becomes especially fluffy if you place it in the bowl at 50°C in the oven and let it go.
