The whipper offers up to four times more volume than the original liquid volume, making it ideal for creating light and aerated preparations. Made from aluminium, it provides a durable and practical design suitable for home and professional kitchen use.
The operating temperature range is from a minimum of +5°C to a maximum of +40°C. Do not use with hot liquids. Never place the siphon in a bain-marie, as this may cause an explosion with serious consequences. Always follow the recommended operating temperatures and usage instructions.
