The Lacor Aluminium Cream Whipper Mix 500ml S/Steel is designed to help prepare purées, mousses, whipped creams, foams, sauces and delicious desserts in seconds, adding a touch of elegance to your cooking. Its 500ml capacity provides a practical format for preparing and presenting a variety of culinary creations.
The whipper offers up to four times more volume than the original liquid volume, making it useful for creating light and aerated preparations. Constructed from aluminium and INOX stainless steel, it provides a durable and practical design for both home and professional kitchen applications.
The operating temperature range is from a minimum of +5°C to a maximum of +40°C. Do not use with hot liquids. Never place the siphon in a bain-marie, as this may cause an explosion with serious consequences. Always follow the recommended operating temperatures and usage instructions.
Please note that the Lacor Aluminium Cream Whipper Mix is not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned according to the recommended care instructions.
