The saucepan features a 3mm encapsulated base for quick and even heat distribution, helping provide consistent cooking results. Its satin exterior finish gives the cookware a clean, professional appearance, while the graduated measurements inside the saucepan make measuring liquids and ingredients more convenient.

A stainless steel lid is included to help retain heat and moisture during cooking. Durable welded stainless steel cool-touch handles provide comfortable and secure handling, while the easy-pour, drip-free rim makes transferring sauces and liquids more convenient.

Suitable for all hobs, including induction, the Legend Professional Chef Saucepan is dishwasher and oven safe. It can be used in the oven up to 240°C without the lid. The saucepan is backed by a 5-year warranty.

Use & Care

• Low to medium heat is recommended for cooking.
• Always use the correct size stove plate for the corresponding saucepan size.
• Do not add salt to liquid without stirring, as discolouration or pitting may occur.
• Use wooden, heat-resistant silicone or nylon utensils while cooking.
• White marks can be removed using warm water, lemon juice or vinegar.
• Hand washing is recommended to help maintain the cookware and prolong its lifespan.
• Use mild dishwashing agents and a soft sponge. Never use harsh abrasives or steel wool.
• Never store cookware wet or damp. Store in a dry cupboard or airy space away from steam.

Warnings

• Do not use this product under a grill, over an open flame or in a microwave.
• Never leave liquids to boil dry, as this may result in permanent damage.
• Use oven gloves at all times as a precaution.
• Oven safe up to 240°C without the lid.
• Do not fill cookware more than two thirds of its capacity.
