Due to the brushless DC motor the circulator is whisper-quiet. The efficient water circulation of 7 liters per minute is high, compared to other sticks, and the 1200 Watt heating capacity allows for water baths up to 22 liters. The circulator consists of ‘304 stainless steel’ parts which has excellent corrosion resistance. The robust build has a IPX7 waterproof rating protecting the inner electrical wiring from steam and accidental drops in water baths. The temperature reading can be recalibrated, if you want to match that of your thermometer, and the low water gauge will protect the circulator from overheating by automatically turning off when water levels have dropped too low due to evaporation. The detachable holder attachment makes it possible to use the circulator in any container, even small or low pots. The circulator is build for commercial kitchens and aspiring home chefs.
