The French-made Baltic Pepper Mill has a helix-shaped double row of teeth to guide and hold the peppercorns to ensure they are ground to the correct coarseness every time. The steel of the grinding mechanism will not corrode, and is ideal for maintaining its original sharpness and resisting wear over time.

The Baltic Pepper Mill has a classic adjustable grinding system. To change the coarseness of the pepper, simply loosen or tighten the nut at the top of the mill, turning it clockwise for a finer grind, and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.

Which Pepper Is Best in a Peugeot Pepper Mill?
For best results, use peppercorns with a maximum diameter of 5 mm (0.2-inches) in your Peugeot mill. The mill is designed to grind black, white, or dry green peppercorns and pink berries (blended with a maximum of 15% pink), as well as dried coriander.
