This 20cm EHK fine mesh sifter is ideal for sifting flour and icing sugar.  It easily removes any lumps that you might have and perfect for pressing fruit.

Care instructions

The best way to clean any sifter or sieve is to immediately give it a good shake after use, to help loosen the small bits of flour or purée that might be left behind.  Soak in warm soapy water right away for about 15 min, turn the sifter upside down under running water and dry immediately.
