Tramontina Century Boning Knife 15cm

The Tramontina Century Boning Knife 15cm is designed for precise and efficient food preparation in demanding professional kitchen environments. Part of the Century Line, it features a stainless steel blade and a reinforced polycarbonate and fiberglass handle, making it especially suited to intensive use.

The blade undergoes a specialised thermal treatment consisting of hardening, subzero cooling from 50°C to -196°C, and tempering to increase the elasticity of the steel. This process contributes to a longer and more efficient service life. The anatomical and ergonomic handle provides greater safety and comfort during use, while its polycarbonate and fiberglass construction is directly injected onto the steel bolster and finished with aluminium rivets for a strong and durable design.

The Tramontina Century Line carries a 25-year warranty against manufacturing faults and is NSF certified by the National Sanitation Foundation, an internationally recognised organisation focused on sanitation standards for food, water, air and surrounding environments. The knife is also dishwasher safe, making cleaning and maintenance convenient after use.
