The Tramontina Century Bread Knife 20cm is designed for reliable and precise cutting in demanding kitchen environments. Part of the Century Line, this knife features a stainless steel blade and a reinforced polycarbonate and fiberglass handle, combining durability, comfort and safe handling for intensive everyday use.

The blade undergoes a specialised thermal treatment consisting of hardening, subzero cooling from 50°C to -196°C, and tempering to increase the elasticity of the steel. This process provides a longer and more efficient service life while helping maintain the blade's cutting performance during frequent use.

The anatomical and ergonomic handle offers greater safety and comfort during handling. Made from polycarbonate and fiberglass, the handle is directly injected onto the steel bolster and finished with aluminium rivets, creating a strong and durable construction.

The Tramontina Century Line is backed by a 25-year warranty, while the knife is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning and easy maintenance after use.
