Part of Tramontina’s Century Line, the knives are specially designed for intensive use and receive a specialised thermal treatment consisting of hardening, subzero cooling from 50°C to -196°C, and tempering to increase the steel’s elasticity. This process contributes to a longer and more efficient service life. The anatomical and ergonomic handles provide a secure, comfortable grip and are made from polycarbonate and fiberglass, directly injected onto the steel bolster and finished with aluminium rivets.

The Century Line includes a 25-year warranty, while the knives are dishwasher safe for convenient everyday cleaning and maintenance.
