Part of Tramontina’s Century Line, this piece is specially designed for intensive use and features a specialised thermal treatment consisting of hardening, subzero cooling from 50°C to -196°C, and tempering to increase the steel’s elasticity. This process contributes to a longer and more efficient service life. The anatomical and ergonomic handle is made of polycarbonate and fiberglass, directly injected onto the steel bolster and finished with aluminium rivets for a durable and secure construction.

The Century Line includes a 25-year warranty, and the piece is dishwasher safe for convenient everyday cleaning and maintenance.
