Part of Tramontina’s Century Line, the knife is specially designed for intensive use and receives a specialised thermal treatment consisting of hardening, subzero cooling from 50°C to -196°C, and tempering to increase the steel’s elasticity. This process contributes to a longer and more efficient service life. The anatomical and ergonomic handle is directly injected onto the steel bolster and finished with aluminium rivets, offering safety, durability and a firm grip.

The Century Line includes a 25-year warranty, while the knife is also dishwasher safe for convenient everyday maintenance.
