Part of the Century Line, this cleaver features a stainless steel blade and a reinforced polycarbonate and fiberglass handle, making it especially suitable for intensive use.

The stainless steel blade undergoes a specialised thermal treatment consisting of hardening, subzero cooling from 50°C to -196°C, and tempering to increase the elasticity of the steel. This process helps provide a longer and more efficient service life while maintaining reliable cutting performance during frequent use.

The anatomical and ergonomic handle offers greater safety and comfort during handling. Made from polycarbonate and fiberglass, the handle is directly injected onto the steel bolster and finished with aluminium rivets, creating a strong and durable construction.

The Tramontina Century Line is backed by a 25-year warranty, while the knife is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning and easier everyday maintenance.
