Tramontina Century Cooks/Santoku Knife 18cm

The Tramontina Century Cooks/Santoku Knife 18cm is designed for cutting, slicing and mincing, offering the precision, strength and durability required for demanding kitchen use. Part of the Century Line, it features a special forged stainless steel blade that provides a longer-lasting and more precise cutting edge.

The blade receives a differentiated heat-treatment process consisting of hardening, subzero cooling from 50°C to -196°C, and tempering to increase the elasticity of the steel. With a blade hardness of 55–58 HRC, it provides greater edge strength and precision during cutting, while supporting a longer and more efficient service life.

The fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate handle offers high durability, balance and safety. Its anatomical and ergonomic design provides a comfortable and secure grip, helping to improve control and handling during cutting. The handle is directly injected onto the steel bolster and finished with aluminium rivets for added durability.
