The Tramontina Century Peeling Knife 8cm is designed for precision, durability and reliable performance in demanding kitchen environments. Part of the Century Line, this peeling knife has been specially developed for intensive use and features a stainless steel blade paired with a reinforced polycarbonate and fiberglass handle.

The blade undergoes a specialised thermal treatment consisting of hardening, subzero cooling from 50°C to -196°C, and tempering to increase the elasticity of the steel. This process provides a longer and more efficient service life while helping maintain the blade's cutting performance.

The anatomical and ergonomic handle offers safety and comfort during use. Made from polycarbonate and fiberglass, the handle is directly injected onto the steel bolster and finished with aluminium rivets, creating a strong and secure construction suitable for frequent kitchen use.

The Tramontina Century Line comes with a 25-year warranty, while the knife is dishwasher safe for added convenience and easier everyday cleaning.
