Part of Tramontina’s Century Line, the knife is specially designed for intense use and receives a specialised thermal treatment consisting of hardening, subzero cooling from 50°C to -196°C, and tempering to increase the steel’s elasticity. This process contributes to a longer and more efficient service life. The anatomical and ergonomic handle is directly injected onto the steel bolster and finished with aluminium rivets, providing a durable and secure construction. The knife is also dishwasher safe.
