Made from extremely durable HD cast iron, the Victoria press is designed for long-lasting performance. Its reinforced construction and engineered plates help prevent jamming, while the improved base and handle distribute pressure evenly across the plates for consistent dough thickness and a uniform surface. The result is evenly shaped dough that is ready for cooking.

The tortilla press is easy to use. Simply form a ball of dough, place it in the centre of the open press with parchment paper or cling film between the dough and the plates, then close the press using the handle. Open the press again to reveal a freshly shaped tortilla or other dough preparation.

The press is pre-oiled with 100% non-GMO, kosher-certified flaxseed oil and is ready to use after washing with mild dish soap and warm water. To help prevent rust, always dry the press thoroughly and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the plates before storage. The press is not dishwasher safe.
